mehuli.id is run by PT Mehuli Data Media ("Mehuli", "we"). For personal data collected through this site, we act as the personal data controller.

• The content of your messages when you contact us by email or phone.

The consultation form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent spam. Turnstile processes technical data about your device and browser, such as IP address and browser type, to confirm that a submission comes from a person, without setting tracking cookies. This site is also served through the Cloudflare network.

Data is kept as long as needed for the purposes above, for no longer than two years after our last communication with you, unless the law requires longer. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, change, or disclosure.

We keep our own anonymous visit statistics without cookies: pages viewed, language, device and browser type, referring website domain, and country. IP addresses are not stored. To count daily visitors we use a random code that changes every day and cannot be used to identify you. Detailed data is deleted after 90 days; only summary figures are kept longer.

The site uses technical cookies that the forms need to work securely, namely a session cookie and a security token. These cookies are not used to track you and expire with your session.
